Please note: I have looked through the first one and there are a number of errors in the text which may catch you out as follows:

1. Page 10 Query 14 change MAX to SUM
2. Page 12 Query 24 change '9' to 'p9'
3. Page 13 Query 32 change minus (-) to underscore (_)
4. Page 13 Query 32 remove the space in front of percent (%)
